Net Manager is a Web based application that helps you to remote control your vehicles or fleet. With it, you can set parameters on fuel purchase: where to fill, how much can be filled at one time, when to fill and what can be utilized at Jio-bp Mobility Stations.
You can do this by setting rules along four important parameters:- Card / Vehicle Management.
- Limits
- Merchants
- Prompts/Information
You can use the Net Manager Application from the comfort of your home or business location.
Using Net Manager, you can perform the following functions:- Create Card
- Add / Edit / Delete mobile number
- Create Policies
- Create / Modify policies and link Cards / Mobile number To Policies (Assign Policy)
- Select Locations and Prompts
- Set Limits
- Add/Remove Cash Advance (For Trip Card / Mobile number customers only)
- Bulk Setting of Limits (For Trip Cards / Mobile number Customers only)
- Check A/c Balance (online)
- Extract Reports

Login to the Net Manager and enter your User ID, Carrier ID & your Password. Click on the 'Change Password' option which is situated on top right corner of the page. Enter New Password and Save.

On the login screen, click on 'Forgot Password/User ID'. In Action type select 'Forgot Password'. Enter your User ID and click on 'Send OTP'. OTP SMS will be sent on your registered mobile number. Enter OTP and click on validate. Enter new password required and click on 'Submit' button to save password.

On the login screen, click on 'Forgot Password/User ID'. In Action type select 'Forgot User ID'. Enter your Carrier ID and click on 'Send OTP'. OTP SMS will be sent on your registered mobile number. Enter OTP and click on validate. User ID list will be displayed.

Yes. You can choose a particular Retail Outlet where you want your driver to fuel.
Login into Net Manager Application, Select Option Policy Updation, Select Policy, Select Merchant Tab, Tick all the Locations where you want your drivers to fuel as per your requirement and save the settings.
This updated policy will be applied to all the Cards / Mobile numbers linked to it. -
Prompts are questions which need to be answered by the driver during the course of transactions. The answers to the questions need to match as per the parameters set by you. In case the answers do not match, the transaction will not get approved. In such events, the driver needs to call you for further instructions. By requesting for information during transactions you can get informative reports.
ODOMETER READING prompt can be set as a prompt in Policy which is applied to all the cards linked to the policy.
PIN NUMBER, & UNIT NUMBER (i.e. vehicle registration number) are specific to each card and set at card level. Each card has its own PIN and UNIT number set. PIN is mandate for every vehicle. -
Limits are the maximum value that can be set on a product. By setting limits you can restrict/control usage on your card / Mobile number. The unit of measure for fuel is 'liters' for Fleet Card / Mobile number and 'rupees' for Trip Card / Mobile number. The system will have multiple checks before authorizing any product to the card / mobile number. On swiping the card, it will check the product limit, transaction limit, available daily &overall balance and authorize the one which has the least value.

A policy is a set of rules which can be applied to cards / mobile numbers. By setting a policy, you can mandate all those cards / mobile number under that policy to follow similar rules.
It is mandatory to create policy as every card / mobile number has to be linked to a policy which either follows Policy Rule or its own Rule which you may have to set for every card or a specific card.We have set default policy for all cards/mobile numbers
