Trans-Points are points accrued by the carrier on purchasing fuel items using the Jio-bp Trans-Connect fleet card at Jio-bp pumps or Trans-Connect centers.
Trans-Points may include volume linked bonus and additional loyalty bonus depending on the prevailing loyalty scheme introduced from time to time.
Trans-Points can be redeemed for fuel only. In addition, the customer also has a choice to enroll in the 'Automatic Redemption Scheme(ARS)'. It ensures that the loyalty credit automatically swaps and adds to the existing balance in your Trans-Connect account, which can be used for all purchases using your fleet card.
The accrued and redeemed Trans-Points can be viewed at the Jio-bp pumps or Trans-Connect centers. In addition, the Trans-Points statements are also available offline through monthly/quarterly statements / auto SMS and online through the website.
Accumulated Trans-Points are valid for 2 calendar years from the date of accrual.
